Jim Ingraham talk: Mike Hargrove and the Cleveland Indians – Lake County History Center – Painesville

The Lake County History Center presents its second annual “Boys of Summer” speaker’s program. This year’s speaker is renowned professional baseball writer, Jim Ingraham. Jim is a regular beat writer for the Cleveland Indians and Guardians. He was a long time writer and columnist for the Lake County News Herald and now the Elyria Telegram-Chronicle. Quite simply, Jim is one of the best baseball writers in the country. The program begins with a baseball buffet at 4:00 PM with the return of our famous hot dog bar. There will also be peanuts, popcorn, and Cracker Jack on the menu. After the meal, Jim will take over. He will discuss his book “Mike Hargrove and the Cleveland Indians: A Baseball Life.” If you love the Cleveland Baseball, you will not want to miss this.

Cost of the program is $40 for non-members and $35 for members. The price includes the book and signing by Jim. Additional guests may purchase the dinner without a book for $20.
